Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

The Finance Manager serves as a key business partner to the European organization with primary financial responsibility for our Polish organization, executing on financial strategy, and business planning and reporting. The role collaborates closely with global teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure financial excellence, processes optimization, and strategic decision-making support at the regional and corporate level. The Finance Manager is also involved in similar activities across our European business as the need may be.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Ensure budget accuracy, reliability, and alignment for our Polish organization and key European markets as the need may be.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within sales, S&OP, and budgeting processes to support business management and help drive strategy execution and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective sales controlling frameworks and performance measurement tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and in-depth performance analyses to support management decisions and drive operations.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and margins; provide data-driven recommendations on business development and market trends.
  • Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in collaboration with market leads and operations teams.
  • Develop business cases and financial models for new commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze market dynamics and trends, including areas such as pricing strategies and telemedicine developments.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and evaluate the financial impact of operational or strategic changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across Finance, Sales, and Operations to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and in an international matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a results-driven mindset.
  • High level of resilience, organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to act as a strong business partners for the local and regional MDs.
  • Business fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
  • Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
  • Solid background in Commercial Controlling, FP&A, and P&L management.
  • Experience with sales and supply chain planning processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Sage is a plus).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong financial modelling abilities
  • Experience with Power BI, AI tools a plus.
