About the Role

As the TAM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end human resources and talent management support for our German operations. You will work closely with operational leaders and Group HR to ensure recruitment, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, development, and workforce planning activities are delivered effectively and in accordance with local employment legislation and Group standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment from vacancy approval to onboarding
  • Create and update job descriptions and advertisements
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers
  • Build recruitment pipelines through military transition centres, veterans' organisations, and emergency services networks
  • Ensure hiring activities comply with local regulations and Group standards
  • Employee Lifecycle Management Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain HR records and employee data within Cezanne HRIS
  • Process contracts, right-to-work documentation, background checks, and personnel files
  • Support payroll administration, benefits coordination, and leave management
  • Employee Relations & HR Operations Provide first-line HR advice and support
  • Assist managers with disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with German labour legislation and Group policies
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Learning, Development & Workforce Capability Coordinate mandatory training and certification programmes
  • Support performance management, probation reviews, and annual appraisal processes
  • Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives
  • Assist with deployment readiness requirements including medicals, visas, training, and compliance certifications
  • Reporting & Compliance Produce monthly HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics
  • Ensure audit readiness and GDPR compliance
  • Monitor HR best practice, legislative changes, and emerging talent trends

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing confidential employee information
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Experience supporting operations in regulated, defence, government, security, logistics, or international organisations
  • Knowledge of German employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience working within an international or multi-country environment
