Finance & Human Capital Specialist to join our team in Germany and play a key role in supporting financial operations, compliance, reporting, and talent management activities across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Senior Group Finance Officer, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting support, operational administration, and talent acquisition management activities.
The role offers a unique opportunity to combine finance expertise with human capital responsibilities in a growing international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead reporting activities to both Group leadership and German regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and report on income, expenditure, cash flow, and balance sheet performance.
Support financial modelling and business planning initiatives, including Cash Releasing
Assist in the implementation of medium and long-term financial strategies.
Support delivery of corporate objectives and operational projects.
Perform talent acquisition, workforce administration, and general human capital support activities.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of German financial reporting and taxation requirements.
