Senior Accountant - French & English - Securitization/SPV

Responsibilities:

• You pilot the entire accounting cycle for an attractive portfolio composed of corporate holdings, SPVs, SCSps, and complex securitization vehicles.
• You take charge of the preparation and rigorous technical review of NAV computations for alternative funds, focusing primarily on Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
• You manage the preparation and filing of corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT returns for financial entities, holding structures, and investment vehicles.
• You supervise operational workflows for the funds, including capital calls and capital distributions.
• You act as the central point of contact during audits and maintain direct communication with international clients.
• You provide the technical review and continuous mentorship for more junior accounting profiles within the team.

Your profile:

• An experienced professional with around 3 to 6 years of expertise in fund accounting and securitization structures, structured/debt finance, preferably acquired within a Luxembourgish fiduciary, accounting firm, or PSF.
• An advanced academic background at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, giving you the solid analytical foundation needed to effortlessly tackle complex financial records.
• Strong command of Lux GAAP standards, with an openness to or existing knowledge of IFRS, which serves as an excellent asset to seamlessly transition into large-scale international mandates.
• Professional fluency in both French and English, giving you the complete confidence to communicate effectively with a diverse, multilingual client base and global stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented and rigorous professional approach, combined with a strong desire to learn and step into an environment that offers natural career progression and rapid upskilling.
