Senior Fund Corporate Officer Prestigious ManCo Group

A prestigious Management Company belonging to a renowned international financial group is currently looking to recruit a Senior Fund Corporate Officer to strengthen its Corporate Legal Department in Luxembourg.This role offers the opportunity to join a highly international environment and work on sophisticated investment fund structures while playing a key role in the governance and coordination of Luxembourg entities. Your Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day corporate governance of Luxembourg fund vehicles and related entitiesOrganise and coordinate board meetings and shareholders' meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, proxies, and resolutionsCoordinate fund closings and corporate actions in collaboration with legal, finance, compliance, and external counselsEnsure proper maintenance of statutory registers, corporate records, and signature authorisationsLiaise with notaries, banks, service providers, and Luxembourg authorities regarding filings and legal documentationCoordinate AML/KYC and onboarding processes for investors, shareholders, and directorsEnsure proper archiving, compliance, and follow-up of corporate documentation and regulatory filings Your Profile : 5 to 7 years of experience within funds, corporate governance, legal, or corporate services environmentsStrong experience organising boards, AGMs, and drafting corporate documentationPrevious exposure to investment funds or asset management structures is mandatoryFluent in French and English, both written and spokenExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities within an international environment What the Company Offers : The opportunity to join a prestigious and internationally recognised financial groupExposure to high-level investment fund structures and complex governance mattersStable and collaborative working environmentLong-term career development opportunities within a growing platformAttractive salary package and benefits
