Tax Lawyer 2/4 yrs Low Billable Targets

We are currently looking for a Tax Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join a highly reputable law firm in Luxembourg. The firm is particularly known for offering one of the most balanced working environments on the market, with a strict and transparent target of 1,200 billable hours per year , allowing professionals to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working on high-quality matters. The role sits within a dynamic tax team advising an international client base on a broad range of Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters. Role overview : Work on a broad range of tax advisory matters, both domestic and international Involved in cross-border structuring and corporate reorganisations Provide ongoing tax advisory support to a diverse client base Contribute to transactional tax aspects of various deals and projects Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters Gradually take ownership of files with increasing autonomy Gain strong technical exposure in a stable and structured team environment Your profile : 2 to 4 years of experience in Tax Law A Master's degree in Law is mandatory Background in a law firm is highly appreciated Big Four experience is welcome, provided it is combined with a strong academic legal background Solid understanding of Luxembourg and international tax frameworks Fluent in English (French and/or German is an asset) Proactive, structured, and client-oriented mindset What's on offer : Clear 1,200 billable hours target per year , significantly below market standards Strong emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility Independent status High-quality international tax matters and exposure to complex cross-border structures Collaborative and stable team environment Excellent platform for long-term development in tax advisory
