Your Responsibilities :
Advise international clients, investment funds, and multinational groups on Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters
Assist on direct tax, corporate tax, and transactional tax structuring matters
Participate in tax aspects of M&A, private equity, financing, and restructuring transactions
Draft and review tax memorandums, legal opinions, and transaction-related documentation
Work closely with corporate, finance, and investment funds teams on complex international files
Your Profile :
2 to 4 years of experience within a law firm or Big 4 environment in Luxembourg
List I, II or IV admitted lawyer
An LL.M. is mandatory
Strong interest in direct tax and international tax matters
Fluent in English; French is considered a strong advantage
Motivated, dynamic, and willing to evolve within a high-level xayajpt international environment
