About the Role
We have an opportunity available for a Registered Nurse looking to develop their leadership and management skills.
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will report to the Intraoperative Nurse Unit Manager and assist in the Gynaecology specialty.
- As well as the clinical requirements of the role, the successful applicant will liaise with VMOs to ascertain their equipment and requirements.
They will also be involved in ongoing education and support to assist in the development and growth of the Gynaecology specialty.
Warringal Private Operating Theatres currently consists of 11 Operating theatres, with another 3 to open March 2025, with multiple specialties available.

Your skills and experience
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years perioperative experience, with a focus on Gynaecology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in a cohesive and caring team.
Remuneration : On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 – $57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)
