For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department Added-Value as Sales Manager Flavours (all genders).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
B2B sales of compound flavors for existing and new customers
Independent, strategic, and operational management of defined country groups and key accounts in the compound flavors business
Development of new customer segments and acquisition of new customers
Continuous expansion of the customer and product portfolio as well as strategic development of existing and new markets
Communication and coordination of customer inquiries with internal interfaces (R&D, Procurement, Production, and Quality Management)
Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of customer and market potential (at trade fairs and seminars)
Management and execution of strategic customer projects
WHAT YOU BRING
Completed vocational training or a university degree (University/FH) combined with relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Application Management, ideally within the food and beverage industry
Solid knowledge of flavours and ingredient solutions
Strong business acumen combined with excellent numerical skills and a sound understanding of profitability and cost-benefit relationships
Confident presence, customer focus, and strong intercultural communication skills
Passion for the FMCG industry, international sales, and building lasting customer relationships
A proactive and self-driven mindset with the confidence to contribute and implement new ideas
Willingness to travel (25% to 50%), both domestically and internationally, with a degree of flexibility
Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
