What this job is about

1. You play a leading role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions
2. You act as a mentor and coach for team members, bringing forward innovation and improvements
3. You develop scalable and efficient software solutions in .NET and the third-party frameworks we use
4. You ensure best practices and cost-effectiveness in the integration and development of these software solutions
5. You ensure that our software solutions comply with industry standards and our company strategy

What we are looking for

1. Strong expertise in software solution architecture with a focus on .NET and C#
2. Several years of experience in software development within complex system landscapes across various domains
3. Proficient language skills in English (German is a plus) and a completed education at the Matura level
4. High problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
5. Communication and teamwork skills, especially in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders in cross-functional teams
