Start: January 2027 - 6 months fixed-term Tasks You will support the design, organization, and implementation of talent management, employee development, and employer branding projects. You will help plan and execute training sessions, events, workshops, and internal gatherings. You will develop content for social media, newsletters, the intranet, websites, and other communication channels, and support our corporate influencer activities. You will analyze relevant metrics, create reports and presentations, and derive recommendations for action from them. You’ll contribute creative ideas, actively help shape HR and communication formats, and independently manage projects from planning through implementation.
