Our highly motivated IT Administration team shares passion for creating innovative solutions, working in a highly collaborative environment and owning the entire user experience from account onboarding with equipments being handed out to interfacing with our various on-premise and cloud systems.

Your new Role

Architect and optimize access management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission assignments, using tools like OKTA (Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, and Workflows).

Develop and enforce policies for identity and access management, as well as change management processes for self-developed and SaaS applications and services

Work closely with software development teams on their identity and access solutions for internal and public applications. You act as an internal consultant that challenges and supports them.

Support external audits (e.g., with one of “The Big Four”) and respond to compliance questionnaires from partners, including automotive OEMs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Act as a subject matter expert for identity and access management, designing new workflows and solutions to support a dynamic and evolving business environment that meets compliance and legal requirements.

Your Skills

Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP Clouds

Proficiency in OKTA as a Cloud Identity Provider, including Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, and Workflows.

Strong knowledge of authentication, application permissions, and identity lifecycle management.

Experience in developing and enforcing policies related to access management and change management.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

Proven ability to support external audits and respond to compliance questionnaires.

Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Go to automate workflows.

Familiarity with encryption technologies, cryptography, and key management.

Proficiency in English. German is not required, but it is a plus.
