Job Description
- Take responsibility for approving repair orders for our vehicles
- Use your affinity for vehicles to reliably identify and assess damage to used cars
- Take responsibility for administrative tasks, such as handling customer complaints
- Create estimates, including parts entry, using the logistics programme, and ensure the quality assurance and quality control of the data being evaluated
- Provide technical support to our partner workshops and in-house refurbishment centres
- Make a significant contribution to optimising our vehicle refurbishment processes and further developing processes and standards
Qualifications
- Automotive background, as well as commercial training and initial practical experience in an office or sales environment
- Experience with cost calculations and damage assessments or comparable tools
- Structured, independent and team-oriented working style
- Very good German skills, basic English skills and confidence using common software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Flexible and quick to learn, with a willingness to work at different locations
