Job Description
- Take independent responsibility for leading the visual and technical inspection of our premium used vehicles to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle conditions and determine the most suitable next steps for further refurbishment.
- Monitor, evaluate and document our internal processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Support our on-site partners with your technical expertise and actively contribute to innovative projects to continuously improve our services.
- Take responsibility for the existing shift to ensure smooth operations and strong team performance.
Qualifications
- Technical or commercial vocational training in the automotive sector and several years of experience in vehicle sales or a workshop, ideally as an automotive mechatronics technician or master automotive technician.
- Good German or English skills and good knowledge of common computer programmes.
- Strong commitment and a results-driven attitude.
- Category B driving licence.
