Job Requisition ID #26WD101034Position overviewAs the Senior Director, EMEA Technical Advisory at Autodesk, you will report to the VP of Technical Advisory and will head up Consulting Delivery for our largest customers within the EMEA region. You will lead a large team chartered to drive transformational services that foster strong customer relationships and ensure successful Autodesk solution adoption.What you will doLead a team of 100+ employees responsible for Consulting Delivery and contribute to overall customer success and adoptionDevelop and execute against regional strategic plans that ensure the local Consulting Delivery team meets organizational objectivesIdentify and define the strategic regional Consulting Delivery requirements and build capacity plans to meet these local needsBe accountable for delivering an annual regional revenue of >$50M, a bookings target of >$80M, and successful adoption of Autodesk solutionsEngage with senior customer executives to demonstrate Autodesk thought leadership, cocreate strategic plans, and drive mutually beneficial outcomesPartner with EMEA Enterprise Customer Group leadership to ensure the successful sale and delivery of services and provide high-level consultation in support of sales opportunities where appropriateCollaborate effectively with cross-functional, customer-facing teams to ensure positive customer experience and value deliveryCoach teams to connect their work to business outcomes and drive growth opportunitiesEstablish clear workplans to help teams anticipate risks, deliver on time, and surface new growth opportunitiesAttract, hire, and retain an elite group of consultants, and foster career development, global collaboration, and high standards to maintain a world-class practiceInstill and champion company culture and values throughout the team and ensure alignment with organizational standardsConduct performance reviews, develop career advancement plans, and implement succession planning strategies for team members across all levelsLead organizational change initiatives and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and team effectivenessMonitor business success metrics, evaluate business performance, and provide regular executive reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholdersStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to ensure consulting services remain competitive and aligned with customer needsIdentify, assess, and mitigate operational and delivery risks to ensure consistent service quality and maintain customer relationshipsMinimum qualificationsMinimum of 15+ years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizationsBachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related fieldStrong financial acumen with experience in team leadership, budget allocation, and resource optimizationDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiencyDemonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and motivate high-performing teamsIn-depth knowledge of the industry needs of Autodesk customersComprehensive understanding of consulting metrics and KPIs with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to continuously improve customer engagementA customer-centric mindset with the ability to consistently deliver superior customer experiences and foster long-term relationshipsAbility to travel up to 30% per yearThe ideal candidate You have a strong understanding of the Autodesk product portfolio and the needs of the company’s customer baseYou are a self-starter who thrives in the face of challengeYou are relentless in clearing obstacles with a resourceful and collaborative approach to problem-solvingYou have a heightened attention to detail, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information that you can distill into essentialsYou display high energy, maintain a positive attitude, and have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that help you and those around you adapt to the changing business environment#LI-GC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
