Job Description

Identify and escalate negative and positive trends in main customer and category KPIs to boost the company’s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth economic analyses on current trading performance, market research, demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and maintain economic models to predict key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, revenue, and customer behavior and monitor those against actual performance outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct and analyze A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing and pricing strategies.
• Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

• Master\’s degree in Economics, Business and/or Finance, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of experience in economic analysis or FP&A, preferably within the e-commerce, retail or technology industry.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Python, R or Stata.
• Basic knowledge of causal inference methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.
