Besides its headquarters in Switzerland, AutoForm has offices in Germany, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden, USA, Mexico, Brazil, India, China, Japan and Korea. /p pFollowing the launch of our first real cloud product, we are creating a new key role to lead and coordinate AutoForm’s global cloud operations, based in Zurich. /p h3Cloud Operations Lead (m/f) 80–100% /h3 h3Your Role /h3 pAs Cloud Operations Lead, you will: /p ul liCoordinate the deployment and operations of AutoForm’s cloud offerings across the portfolio /li liDefine our commitments for each cloud product by specifying responsibilities, service levels, and cost structure /li liReport directly to the Head of RD and work closely with the Executive Committee on cloud strategy, risk, and security priorities /li liBe the single point of accountability for cloud service readiness: security, reliability, compliance, and cost transparency /li liDefine and enforce cloud standards, policies, and operating procedures across all involved teams and partners and ensure they are applied consistently /li liAlign Development, IT, Product Management and external partners to deliver stable and secure cloud products /li liLead incident response, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning for cloud environments /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish and run the cloud operating model including ownership, escalation paths, runbooks, and partner collaboration /li liGovern identity and access management /li liMaintain a secure and auditable AWS multi-account foundation /li liCoordinate security operations across the involved organizations with the authority and accountability to set standards and drive remediation /li liEnsure compliance and audit readiness /li liDefine and improve observability standards and service level objectives /li liDrive cost and capacity management /li liManage and steer external partners /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field /li liSeveral years of experience in cloud operations, platform operations, or cloud security governance /li liStrong AWS knowledge, able to set standards, challenge decisions, and drive quality, even if you’re not the primary implementer /li liProven ability to lead through coordination and influence across teams and stakeholders /li liConfident communication with executive stakeholders on risk, priorities, trade-offs, and status /li liExperience with other cloud providers is a plus, including Azure/GCP and Chinese providers such as Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud /li liCertifications are a plus: AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP/CISM/CCSP, ITIL /li liFluent in English; German is a plus /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liA challenging role in a respectful and global working environment /li liBeing part of a world-leading, high-end CAE software company /li liWorking on cutting edge technologies for the automotive industry /li liProfessional development and continuous education /li liExcellent balance between your working life and your private life through flexible working hours /li /ul pStart of work is as soon as possible.
