Responsibilities

• Organise workshop processes
• Assign tasks to individual car technicians
• Enforce safety and working regulations
• Perform quality checks
• Diagnose vehicle faults
• Conduct final inspections after completion
• Handle customer complaints

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a Kfz-Meister / Techniker-Meister (m/w/d)
• Experience as workshop leader or workshop master (m/w/d)
• Professional, customer‑oriented demeanor
• Reliability and meticulous work ethic
• Valid Class B driving licence
