What you'll do
Own test automation architecture and implementation on customer projects using Tricentis Tosca
Advise customers on best practices for scaling test automation across large, complex landscapes
Design test cases from customer requirements such as user stories and business processes
Lead the setup and configuration of Tosca environments, including integrations (SAP, Salesforce, APIs, and more)
Mentor junior and mid‑level consultants on Tosca and test automation practicesWork closely with developers and business analysts, usually in agile teams or a test center
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
What you bring
Several years of hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca in enterprise environments
Deep understanding of test automation strategy, CI/CD integration and modern testing practices
Comfortable leading customer conversations and advising at a strategic level
Excellent English, spoken and written. German is a plus
Nice to have
Experience with Tricentis qTest, Vision AI or the wider Tricentis product suite
ISTQB certification
Prior consulting or client‑facing experience
