Your mission
- Develop and implement a strategic HR roadmap to support company growth in the defense and UAV technology sector
- Lead recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition for key roles in engineering, AI, and defense operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ITAR/EAR regulations, and defense industry workforce policies
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits, and performance management systems
- Drive leadership development, training programs, and organizational culture initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals
- Foster diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being in a high-security, innovation-driven environment
Your profile
- 7+ years experience in HR leadership, talent management, or organizational development
- Strong expertise in labor law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, workforce planning, and leadership coaching
- Excellent skills in change management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
Nice to have
- Background in recruiting for technical and security-cleared roles in the defense industry
- Knowledge of export control compliance (ITAR, EAR) and security-clearance requirements
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and scaling HR structures in hyper-growth environments
