Your mission
- Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to attract top talent in engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and defense technology
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and assessment to onboarding for key positions
- Build a strong employer brand and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for global hiring
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, security clearance, and export control regulations in defense sector hiring
- Manage and optimize ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics
- Develop relationships with universities, defense talent networks, and industry organizations
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define job roles and workforce planning
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring processes
Your profile
- 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, or HR leadership
- Strong expertise in technical, defense, or aerospace recruitment
- Knowledge of security-clearance hiring, background checks, and compliance in defense recruitment
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow Talent)
- Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with executives and technical hiring teams
Nice to have
- Experience with active sourcing, military transition hiring, and government contracting talent acquisition
- Background in global recruiting and scaling hiring strategies for hyper-growth companies
- Understanding of talent market trends in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems
