Your mission

  • Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to attract top talent in engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and defense technology
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and assessment to onboarding for key positions
  • Build a strong employer brand and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for global hiring
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, security clearance, and export control regulations in defense sector hiring
  • Manage and optimize ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics
  • Develop relationships with universities, defense talent networks, and industry organizations
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define job roles and workforce planning
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring processes

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, or HR leadership
  • Strong expertise in technical, defense, or aerospace recruitment
  • Knowledge of security-clearance hiring, background checks, and compliance in defense recruitment
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow Talent)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with executives and technical hiring teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with active sourcing, military transition hiring, and government contracting talent acquisition
  • Background in global recruiting and scaling hiring strategies for hyper-growth companies
  • Understanding of talent market trends in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems
