What You’ll Do
- Be the key contact and business partner for the global Builders Org.
- Own the financial planning, budgeting and holistic forecasting process.
- Bring together the European and the Canadian Builders Org to form a one global Builders Org.
- Conduct variance analyses and performance reviews to optimize financial steering.
- Prepare regular financial dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses for business owners and partners generating superior insights to ensure fact-driven decision making.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Connect with business partners across the organization to collate and validate data.
What You Should Bring
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A/Controlling within a highly professional, fast-paced and international environment.
- High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business.
- Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge particularly MS Excel with the ability to develop intricate models based on large volumes of data. MS PowerQuery & PowerPivot or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to seamlessly switch flight levels from in-depth analysis to senior management communication.
- Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and impeccable quality of analyses.
- High level of commitment and trustworthiness.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with senior management.
- Fluency in English, German is a strong plus.
