As our Lead Organic Social Media , you’ll build our strategy from scratch, taking it from concept to execution. What You’ll Do
- Build the Big Picture: Develop and roll out an outstanding organic social media strategy that puts AutoScout24 front and center on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Lead the Dream Team: Inspire and manage your crew of creative rockstars—a videographer and an internal influencer—to produce scroll-stopping content.
- Create Buzzworthy Content: Oversee content planning and ensure everything we post is fresh, innovative, and tailored to each platform.
- Grow the Community: Develop smart strategies to connect with our audience, spark conversations, and build a loyal following across all platforms.
- Align Across Borders: Work closely with our European country teams to make sure our social media efforts hit the mark locally while staying true to the overall brand vibe.
- Keep Tabs on Performance: Track key metrics, learn from the data, and tweak strategies to keep leveling up.
