Overview
As Senior Manager, Sales Support – EMEA, you lead the regional Sales Support team and shape the function’s next generation. You will foster ownership, speed, and quality across the end-to-end sales process, from PO intake to booking and execution. By using data, automation, and AI, you’ll simplify workflows, scale best practices, and collaborate across functions to improve customer experiences. This role combines people leadership with hands-on process optimization in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and develop the EMEA Sales Support team to raise performance and foster ownership
- Ensure high-quality Sales Support experience end-to-end (PO intake to execution)
- Identify and implement simpler, more consistent ways of working for Partners, Sellers, and the Sales Support team
- Improve ownership, handoffs, knowledge, and self-service through process improvements
- Use data to detect recurring issues and opportunities for optimization
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and others to improve the end-to-end experience
- Leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort and enable higher-value work
- Scale successful practices across EMEA and beyond
- Translate business problems into clear requirements and collaborate with technical teams on testing and adoption
- Stay close to operations to understand real work, coaching team members and resolving critical issues
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations or similar
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience
- Experience leading teams in complex, high-scale, or global organizations
- Track record of improving operational processes and service performance
- Experience managing SLAs, quality, backlog, cycle time, and KPIs
- Strong process-improvement and root-cause problem-solving skills
- Practical knowledge of AI, automation, agentic workflows, and modern digital tools
- Experience with CRM, ERP, case-management, workflow, or BI platforms; Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical judgment and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
- Strong English skills; additional European languages are advantageous
