Market Analyst – Car To Market – Consulting Position | Europe
Join JD Power Europe, which combines trusted automotive data, analytics, and deep local market expertise to support manufacturers, fleet and finance organizations across Europe.
You will be part of our Professional Services department, focused on solving enterprise clients’ most urgent, high-value business challenges, with Car To Market (CTM) studies as a core offering. CTM is a standardized consulting study that helps automotive manufacturers (OEMs) optimize new-vehicle launches and residual value (RV) performance through clear, actionable recommendations.
What you’ll do:
â–ª Assess upcoming vehicles across European markets and benchmark them against competitors.
â–ª Translate market, product, and strategic insights into clear recommendations for OEM clients and directly interact with them.
â–ª Present and defend CTM results in client meetings and respond to ad-hoc requests.
â–ª Participate in test drives, inspections, and launch events.
â–ª Support continuous improvement of CTM methodology and processes.
â–ª Communicate with the project team about customer needs and project progress.
â–ª Support other Professional Services teams in times of high workload.
What we’re looking for:
â–ª Degree or equivalent qualification in economics, business, automotive management, or similar.
â–ª Strong analytical mindset; strong communication and presentation skills.
â–ª Efficient time management and an independent working style.
â–ª Very good English; additional languages are a plus.
▪ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, willingness to travel, and a European driver’s license.
