HSE Manager

AVA Energy has partnered with a fast-growing energy storage company who are looking for an HSE Manager to join their team and lead health, safety, and environmental standards across office and construction site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HSE policies and compliance frameworks across EPC and LTSA projects.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Drive contractor HSE standards, reporting, and corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven HSE experience within renewables, energy, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety and compliance.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Valid German driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
