2-5 years of experience in a sales role in banking , who has completed a
university degree

banking graduate program , and is fluent in
German, Swiss German and English .
Your Role As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues to support and grow key client relationships. You’ll help prepare client meetings, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and actively contribute to building long-term partnerships.
Your key tasks
Manage customer relationships in the Swiss German speaking region
Assist in managing and developing key client accounts
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports
Identify, shape and present sales pitches
Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent client serviceIdentify opportunities for account growth and improvement
Support client meetings and manage follow-up actions
Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
Required profile
2+ years of relevant experience in
b2b and/or b2c bankingsales ,
client support
and
banking
Completed
university degree
or
banking graduate program
Native in German or Swiss German and fluent in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong understanding of sales approaches
Willingness to take responsibility for high value sales cases and drive sales success
