Banking Specialist - Corporate Actions Processing DE Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
Monitor, plan and execute the daily activities for corporate actions events, to be delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements agreed with our clients.
Monitor corporate actions including any instruction deadlines.
Prepare and release instructions to custodians.
Book voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, taking into account withholding tax and foreign withholding tax.
Manage reconciliation for differences arising from corporate actions (cash and securities).
Handle inquiries from/to custodians and clients.
Qualifications
First professional experience in the back office of a bank.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Good team player and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently in a very demanding, fast‑paced and complex environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full professional fluency in German and very good English skills.
Bonus Skills
Experience in the area of corporate actions.
Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Banking System.
Proficiency in other languages.
