Overview
In this role you bridge clients, service teams, and development to analyze requirements, resolve incidents, and keep critical banking and crypto applications running. You will help translate business needs into technical solutions and support the end-to-end software lifecycle. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements that enhance client experience. This position offers the chance to impact platform stability, onboarding of new services, and ongoing service enhancements within Avaloq’s flexible, collaborative culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ensure stable operation of Web & Mobile Banking and Crypto solutions and related third-party apps
- Consolidate client requirements into functional/technical specifications
- End-to-end incident and service request management (triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, resolution)
- Act as trusted contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and communication
- Support onboarding of new banking services into service delivery and operations
- Assist testing activities including functional validation and UAT
- Contribute to product enhancements and new functionalities
- Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Proven BA experience or significant banking/financial services experience with strong BA responsibilities
- Knowledge of web application infrastructure (DNS, firewall, WAF)
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, onboarding, authentication, identity management, or security solutions
- Experience with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conceptualize complex business challenges
- Experience with log analysis, unix terminal, or Elasticsearch
- Excellent communication and client-orientation; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
