Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life-cycle of Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts.Customer facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts. Your key tasks Lead the project-based test team, enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practicesDefine Test Policy and Test PlanManage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test ManagerMonitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gatesReport progress to management and customerDesign, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their re-usabilityManage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reportingDocumentation and evaluation theresults of the testing University degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, Business or EconomicsMinimum of 5 to 8 years work experience within the banking/financial industryIn-depth knowledge of test concepts and methodologyWorking knowledge of QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving competencesAbility to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environmentWillingness to travel and work on-site with clients locally and in EMEA regionExcellent written/verbal communication skills with an emphasis on client service and presentationFluency in English It would be a real bonus if you have ISTQB Certification or equivalentExperience with Avaloq banking system solution is a strong plusExperience of testing in agile context: (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, API testing)French, German, Italian language skills We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
