Overview
In this role, you shape Avaloq’s long-term strategy and drive corporate development initiatives. You’ll partner with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and translate strategic priorities into actionable programs. You’ll lead analyses, build business cases, and provide executive-level recommendations to guide major decisions. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Drive the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and development agenda into actionable initiatives and outcomes
- Lead strategic analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations on growth, transformation, and performance improvement
- Act as strategic partner to senior leaders across sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions
- Support executive decision-making by preparing Board and ELT materials and guiding strategic choices
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or similar strategic role
- Deep understanding of banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic decision support
- Proven ability to structure complex topics into clear recommendations and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with credibility across functions and geographies
- High ownership, resilience, commercial acumen, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English; German or Italian is a plus
