As an AI Solutions Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our clients’ business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
As an AI Solutions Architect assigned to a client project, you will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.
Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it. You can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies.
Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with responsibility for shaping high-level solution designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts.
Engage in early conversations with clients and sales teams, support origination and deal qualification activities, and become a trusted advisor.
Prepare and represent solutions in Deal Reviews and play an active role in Orals, Client Presentations, and negotiation discussions with key client stakeholders.
Complete pricing activities using standard solution architecture processes, estimating methods, and modelling tools to drive quality and consistency.
Ensure solutions are both deliverable and commercially viable while identifying and mitigating technical and delivery risks.
Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes for executives, customers, sales teams, and wider technical audiences.
Provide coaching and mentoring to technical teams and support the growth of Avanade's AI and Data community.
The Cloud Security Senior Consultant willbe responsible forassessing and enhancing the security posture of client cloud environments,identifyingvulnerabilities, and recommending remediation strategies.
This role requires a strong focus on both technical security controls and process governance to ensure resilient, compliant, and secure cloud architectures. You will engage directly with clients, guiding them through security assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the security posture of customer cloud workloads and environments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps.
Recommend and design security interventions aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
Evaluate and strengthen configurations for Azure security services, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure AD (Entra ID), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Azure Policy, and governance and observability tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Lead and facilitate security architecture workshops, risk assessments, and governance reviews with client teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between security, operations, and business objectives.
Conduct thorough security risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.
Drive continuous improvement of security processes and controls based on evolving threat landscapes and compliance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP.

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer , you bring strong customer engagement functional knowledge and hands‑on technical experience to our Shared Services team. This is a hybrid role — you’ll understand CRM business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service, while also being able to investigate, configure, customise and resolve technical issues across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. You are energetic and passionate about using Dynamics 365 CRM to solve practical business problems and improve customer outcomes .
You will provide functional and technical support across active client environments, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, model‑driven apps and Power Platform automation. You will act as a key point of contact for CRM‑related queries, configuration requests, user issues, integrations and low‑to‑medium complexity enhancements.

Essential Functions:
Provide day‑to‑day functional support for Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing/Customer Insights and related Power Platform components
Analyse client issues and requests, translating them into functional specifications, configuration changes, automation opportunities or development requirements
Configure and support CRM processes across leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, cases, queues, SLAs, knowledge management, work orders and customer journeys
Prepare and maintain functional design documentation, technical notes, test scripts, release notes and support runbooks
Facilitate workshops and triage sessions with clients to diagnose issues, confirm requirements and drive practical decisions
Support data migration, data quality, duplicate detection, security role changes and Dataverse configuration activities
Conduct functional and technical testing of configuration changes, customisations, integrations, patches and release items during sprint and release cycles
Manage and prioritise support tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned to SLA commitments
