Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing high level solution blueprints and design documentation.
• Analyzing client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives.
• Working closely with clients and other team members to define, design, and align the business application to the business requirements.
• Converting requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents.
• Functional consulting, design, and configuration of D365 F&O for clients on Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing and related modules.
• Handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live.
• Data migration activities.
• Managing and delivering small projects independently and leading other consultants in delivering according to client expectations.
• Participating in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans to perform SIT testing.
• Facilitating functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to be a trusted advisor for a client to make decisions.
• Leading project engagements, supporting pre-sales, performing demonstrations, providing expert services for complex supply chain requirements, and supporting functional Solution Architects across primarily D365 F&O and associated ISVs.
• Leading the Supply Chain stream and providing functional guidance and direction leveraging deep knowledge of D365 F&O.
• Acting as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 community, routinely sharing knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.
• Legacy Modernization Enterprise Architect

The Legacy Modernization Enterprise Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and governing the architecture strategy for transforming legacy systems—such as mainframes and monolithic applications—into modern, scalable, and cloud-native platforms.

This role ensures that modernization initiatives align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture principles while minimizing risk and disruption.

• Legacy Modernization Enterprise Architect Responsibilities
• Engage in C-Level Mainframe Modernization Strategy Workshops.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Be the lead source of knowledge on mainframe technologies and migrations, both mainframe infrastructure and software as well as mainframe integration based.
• Validate Solution approach for Mainframe Modernization projects, own deliverability of the technical and functional solution, ensuring correctness and achieving sign off.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and partner teams to shape proposals and ensure successful execution.
• Support in initial phases of project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and mentor solution architects.
• Architectural Strategy & Roadmap for Mainframe Modernization.
• Lead assessments of legacy environments (e. g., UNISYS OS2200, IBM z/OS, VSAM) and define modernization strategies (refactor, replatform, replace).
• Develop future-state architecture leveraging hybrid and cloud-native patterns (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Establish modernization frameworks and enforce architectural standards across programs.
