ERP Finance Senior Consultant (m/w/x) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
Key Responsibilities
Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions
Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI Solutions
Partner with cross‑functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
Assist in sales activities and planning as required
Travel as needed. You will be required to travel based on Project requirements
As a CRM Functional Consultant, you utilise your in‑depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform and AI based solutions to solve complex business problems
You are also seen as an expert within the Dynamics 365 community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events

Lead delivery engagements, providing expert services to deliver large complex deals that span multiple technologies and offerings, including AI
Lead the delivery team and provide Architecture guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions
Leverage technical expertise to Architect, Design and Implement D365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions. You will also be required to be hands‑on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Assess client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions
Design Conceptual and Technical architectures
Ensure project quality meets high technical standards
Support the team in defining technical, non‑functional and operational requirements
Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision‑making related to work process
Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery
Travel as needed. You may be required to travel based on presales and project demands
