Avanade is seeking sales professionals who are skilled at closing deals and independently developing new business in a complex consulting environment with demanding technological solutions.

We are looking for Business Development Managers with excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with new and existing clients within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Skills and Experience

• Proven sales experience and IT consulting knowledge, ideally within the Retail & Consumer Goods industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Navision, Oracle, SAP, proALPHA, or others, with an understanding of ERP and the ability to excite clients about our solutions.
• A broad network in the retail and consumer goods industries.

About You

• You can view challenges from multiple perspectives: those of the customer and our professionals. You bridge gaps between desires and feasibility, current state, and vision.
• Complexity does not scare you; change keeps you agile.
• English is not a problem; it is our working language.

What You\’ll Do

• Understand and communicate the need for powerful, fully integrated ERP systems to clients.
• Be the primary contact for clients in the Retail & Consumer Goods industry, responsible for analyses that form the basis for further actions.
• Generate project structures and present projects developed with our solution architects and experts, with your team supporting to win deals.
• Execute various sales activities with our experts to achieve our clients\‘ growth goals.
