YOUR TASKS
As (Senior) Controller (m/f/x) you are part of our controlling team and contact person for our management, our teams and external stakeholders.
- You are responsible for the implementation of ongoing controlling by means of detailed analysis of plan/actual deviations
- You create presentations for the Avantgarde management as well as for external stakeholders, banks and shareholders
- You are responsible for our annual budget planning and intra-year forecasts (e.g. in LucaNet)
- You prepare short, medium and long-term liquidity calculations for the Avantgarde Group
- You further develop our existing BI & reporting systems
- You create ad hoc reports and monthly analyses
- You feel comfortable communicating and coordinating with other Avantgarde locations around the world
- You work on finance transformation projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting and controlling
- At least four years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, in corporate finance or auditing
- Very good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with HGB, experience with Datev an advantage
- Very good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes and a strong understanding of numbers
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness, enjoy teamwork and cross-functional projects
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
