Your mission
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and act as a trusted advisor in close collaboration with the Partner in charge.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple audit and assurance engagements from client acceptance through to completion.
- Supervise audit teams, review audit work and ensure compliance with applicable audit methodology and quality standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on clients and business operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the development of our service offering.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work in line with agreed deadlines and professional standards.

Your profile
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in external audit, ideally within an audit firm or professional services environment.
- Proven experience in managing audit engagements and supervising junior team members.
- Sound understanding of local and international accounting standards, including Lux GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Fluency in French and English is required; German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
- Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on quality and added value.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with audit software or data analytics tools would be an asset.
