About this role
Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.
To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for aHead of Product to lead our product function and help us to continuously push our product roadmap and develop a great product our users love.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and grow our product team, identifying, mentoring and recruiting exceptional talent
- Break down our product vision into a prioritized roadmap, considering technical constraints, business requirements, and market demands and make sure we deliver on it
- Work closely with Engineering leads to drive day-to-day product development and ensure regular, reliable, and high-quality releases
- Foster a product management culture that is innovative, collaborative and focused on our customers and company mission
- Establish and continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Tech und Customer Success/Sales, to document detailed product requirements
- Evaluate product- and market-specific trends & maintain deep knowledge of our customers, usage data and business
Your Qualifications
- Seeking exceptional candidates with successfully completed studies in a business or technology-related field
- Relevant work experience in leading product management teams. Ideally at another startup and/or B2B software company
- Proven ability to define a clear vision and roadmap that is challenging, but achievable, motivating to your team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- You are passionate about building state-of-the-art digital health products
- Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
- Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
