Overview
In this role you drive new enterprise growth in the DACH manufacturing market, owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to contract signature. You will build and qualify a targeted pipeline, shape IT service solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will lead campaigns with Marketing and Sales Development, and coordinate with consulting and delivery on local and global levels. Your work helps Avenga expand in a strategic sector while leveraging nearshore delivery to meet client needs. This is an opportunity to influence growth, engage senior stakeholders, and shape high-impact customer engagements.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to contract closure for manufacturing clients in the DACH region
- Build, develop, and continuously qualify a targeted pipeline with lead-generation and outreach campaigns
- Orchestrate RFI/RFP processes and high-quality, timely proposals with cross-functional teams
- Shape solutions and nearshore delivery approaches, including SLAs and KPIs, to meet client success metrics
- Negotiate with complex buying centers and procurement to close sustainable enterprise agreements
- Manage clients post-acquisition and drive selective farming, cross-sell, and up-sell
- Contribute to predictable revenue growth and accurate forecasting within the DACH market

- Enterprise sales experience with a hunter mindset and success in opening and growing manufacturing accounts
- Well-established manufacturing network in the DACH region
- Proactive client outreach and ability to identify challenges and deliver value-driven IT services
- Tech-savvy with a service- and value-oriented approach to solutions
- Experience with nearshore delivery models and distributed teams
- Experience with tenders RFIs and RFQs, and negotiating with procurement
- Empathetic, open-minded, clear communicator and presenter; comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Independent, flexible, entrepreneurial, and able to work across organizations and geographies
