Avenger Flight Group is seeking motivated interns to join our Simulator Maintenance Department. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical technical and organizational experience in a fast-paced, aviation training environment. Ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in aviation technology, systems engineering, or related fields.Key Responsibilities:Simulator MaintenancePerform routine cleaning, sanitization, and minor maintenance of flight simulatorsAssist with corrective maintenance, hardware modifications, and refurbishment activitiesSupport daily simulator operations including pre-flight and post-flight checksAccurately record maintenance tasksInteract with customers and flight crews professionally to ensure satisfactionQualifications:Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a college or technical program in Aviation, Avionics, Engineering, or a related disciplineBasic understanding of aircraft systems, avionics, or navigation conceptsComfortable using hand tools and basic diagnostic/test equipmentStrong technical aptitude with solid computer skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPhysically able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.Must have legal right to work; company is not able to sponsor visasMust reside locally or have reliable transportation to the facilityMust be able to speak, read, and write English fluentlyIntern – Simulator MaintenanceAvenger Flight Group (AFG)Schedule: 25–30 hours per week (1-hour unpaid break)Compensation: $15–$18/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
