To support our development, we are looking for an HR Director able to guide our people and pilot strategic actions across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of Human Resources to align with our strategic objectives in Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
- Plan, design, and develop high-impact human resources interventions and practices that support the business.
- Provide leadership in developing strategies for talent attraction, performance management, talent development, retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support our growth trajectory by championing organizational development and design.
- Position Avertim on the key employers map through the implementation of an employer branding program and external communication.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of senior HR experience, preferably in the consulting sector.
- Proven expertise in Strategic HR topics, Performance Management, Talent Management, employer branding, internal communication.
- International experience required.
- Ability to manage complex regulatory environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
