Your mission
As a Marketing Assistant, you develop and implement Avesco Rent's marketing actions and ensure the consistency of our communication across all our digital and printed media. You also play a key role in monitoring our upcoming strategic projects: new visual identity, implementation of the new ERP and new website, with a planned launch in 2027. Your responsibilities
Deploy the marketing mix in collaboration with the marketing team Manage our social media: define themes and prepare posts in French and German, with impactful digital content (visuals, videos) Manage merchandising: costs, budgets, stocks and deliveries to branches Manage and update our website (product/machine sheets, new pages, SEO) Coordinate our external service providers (graphic designers, printers, digital agencies) Collaborate with various internal departments (management, branches, logistics) to align marketing actions with business objectives Actively participate in the deployment of our new visual identity, new ERP and new website Create visual materials for our events and campaigns (catalogues, flyers, banners) Analyse the results of our marketing actions and propose optimisation avenues Support company-wide events and cross-functional projects (year-end party, conventions, open houses)
Your profile
Training in visual communication or multimedia with a marketing specialisation, or equivalent training First successful experience in digital marketing and content creation Skills in creating photo and video content for social media, with good mastery of engaging formats such as Reels, Stories and short content Good knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and the Office suite Swiss German native speaker, excellent level of French, English is a plus Sensitivity to Swiss German culture: you understand what resonates beyond the Sarine (tone, humour, hooks) and help us be as effective in German-speaking Switzerland as in French-speaking Switzerland Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills, with the ability to stay motivated even on repetitive tasks (e.g. updating machine sheets) Desire to rejuvenate our communication with more visual and video content Good interpersonal skills What we offer you
