Your mission
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DSP Technician to support downstream processing activities within a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution of manufacturing processes, preparation of GMP documentation, and maintenance of high-quality and safety standards in cleanroom operations.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out biotechnological manufacturing processes in accordance with approved manufacturing documents and protocols

Work in classified cleanroom environments in compliance with GMP and safety requirements
-
Prepare buffers and media for manufacturing operations
-
Support the drafting and review of GMP documents, including:
-
Batch records
-
SOPs
-
Change Controls (CCOs)
-
CAPAs
-
Deviations
-
-
Assist in the preparation of health and safety documentation and training programmes
-
Support equipment maintenance, qualification, and calibration activities
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance activities
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during process execution and technology transfers
Your profile
-
Fluent in German or English
-
Degree:
-
Completed training as Chemical/ Biological Laboratory Assistant (CL/BL) or Chemical/ Biological Technical Assistant (CTA/BTA) OR
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related scientific field
-

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Hands-on experience with downstream processing technologies, including:

Liquid chromatography for protein purification (Protein A, HIC/HIA, IEX)

Dead-end filtration

Virus inactivation and virus filtration
