Your expertise shines in recruiting for the construction industry and commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, etc.). Whether it\’s apprentices, students, early-career talents, or experienced professionals – you know exactly where to find them. Together with us (EMEA Talent Acquisition Team), you\’ll help us grow the company and ensure that the construction industry secures a leading position in Europe.

Proficiency in German is required, but please submit your CV in English, as one stage of the interview process will be conducted in English. This will also allow our English-speaking colleagues to review your CV more easily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire end-to-end hiring process from approval to contract negotiation/ offer, delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience supported with your HR Marketing activities / Employer Branding activities.
  • Offer strategic guidance by providing insights into employment trends and market intelligence to help shape hiring decisions and establish/ nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and HR colleagues, serving as a trusted advisor on all recruitment matters.
  • Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines across EMEA to support hiring needs while implementing strategies to maintain a steady flow of qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Drive quality and best practices in Talent Acquisition, continuously seeking improvements to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Act as a RIB Brand Ambassador internally as well as externally (HR career fairs, academic partnerships).
  • Advocate for and implement inclusive recruitment practices to ensure diverse talent representation across the EMEA region (Diversity & Inclusion).
  • Support or lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, candidate surveys, etc. and support the coordination of TA training programs and events.

Your Profile

  • Min. 3 years of experience gained in an agency, or in-house environment. Construction industry recruiting preferred.
  • Engaging with talent (young professionals, entry-level candidates, and experienced individuals) in a way that fosters mutual respect and understanding.
  • Analytical understanding of key metrics/KPIs in your area of responsibility, reporting, and collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition to derive actions/strategies.
  • Creative (out-of-the-box) thinking to develop new and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and proactive work style.
  • Passion for language and working in a multicultural team.
  • Excellent German communication skills and at least very good English skill, with the ability to interact effectively with business leaders, candidates and colleagues.
