We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Change Manager in Frankfurt, Germany to lead the transformation of our finance department. This role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across our global finance operations, which encompass over 30 legal entities in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management, with specific expertise in using Sage X3, and will report to the group CFO while working together with the change team managed by the group COO.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic vision for finance transformation, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in accounting, treasury, and finance management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• System Optimization: Leverage Sage X3 to streamline financial operations, ensuring optimal use of the system’s capabilities.
• Global Coordination: Coordinate finance activities across multiple legal entities worldwide, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, including training and support for finance teams to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate progress and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management, with a focus on process improvement and system optimization.
• Expertise in using Sage X3 for finance operations (preferable).
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
