To support our team we are looking for an IT Support Engineer for our office in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Work in the team of IT engineers responsible for the maintenance and development of the company\’s LAN / WAN IT infrastructure.
- Participation in IT projects for external customers.
- Implementing, managing and troubleshooting a variety of software applications and hardware.
- Responsibility for End User Support.
- Operational support for any computing, network, storage or security needs.
- Monitor performance, diagnose and resolve users\‘ IT issues.
- Providing day-to-day IT operations support to business users.
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of PC and LAN devices.
- Provision of user support (MS Office, Win10-Win11, softphones, mobile phones, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Acceptance of project work according to order.
- Be able to travel for work as required.
Qualifications
- Windows Active Directory structure based on current Windows operating systems.
- Microsoft Exchange Online support.
- Windows 10 & 11 Professional support.
- Good knowledge of German and English.
- Excellent team player.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting.
- High flexibility and operational readiness.
- Friendly interaction with teammates and customers.
- University degree in IT or comparable qualification.
- Professional certifications such as MCP or MCSE are an advantage.
