ATO Training Expert (m/f/d) Full or Part-Time – Location Neusiedl am See, Austria Your future field of activity includes: Training Leadership: Take responsibility for the quality, standardisation, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance of all training activities within our EASA ATO. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all approved training programmes comply with applicable EASA Part-FCL, Part-ORA, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Training Programme Development: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training syllabi, courses, and training documentation. Training Oversight: Ensure effective integration of theoretical knowledge and simulator-based training while monitoring trainee progress and training outcomes. Quality German language skills are an advantage. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
