Your Tasks & Mission

As a People & Culture Operations Specialist at SPARETECH, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining seamless, meticulous, and people-centered HR processes to create an exceptional employee experience. Collaborating closely with the People & Culture team, you will develop structures that enable our international team to collaborate effectively and grow professionally and personally. Your keen eye for detail, passion for people, and commitment to continuous improvement will help shape SPARETECH into an inspiring and supportive workplace.

We Offer You

• Manage all HR operations tasks, including creating employment contracts, reference letters, and maintaining data in Personio
• Prepare monthly payroll accounting and liaise with external payroll providers
• Act as the primary contact for tax advisors, regulatory authorities, and other external institutions
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee freelancer management and ensure smooth collaboration
• Assist our Talent Acquisition Manager in hiring new team members
• Work on People & Culture projects to enhance our workplace environment
• Utilize tools like Personio, Notion, and Slack for efficient work

Your Profile

• Have a strong willingness to learn, maintain a positive attitude, and seek process improvements
• Possess at least two years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or related roles, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS company
