Production Manager

Overview

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for their client in Germany. The team you will support and manage specializes in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of composite aircraft components—ensuring every part meets the highest aviation standards. Precision, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence in aerospace engineering.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain detailed work plans based on inspection reports for composite aircraft components.
• Manage capacity and resource planning to ensure smooth execution of ongoing orders.
• Oversee shopfloor operations, coordinating workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain and update master data in our ERP/MRO system.
• Prepare work packages for maintenance and repair activities in line with aviation standards.
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to align priorities.
• Monitor deadlines, material availability, and order status to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with aviation-specific regulations and quality standards at all times.

What You\'ll Bring

• Proven experience in workshop planning, ideally within aerospace or a similarly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRO systems—experience with LTB400 is a plus.
• A background in maintenance and repair of composite aircraft components.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
• A meticulous approach to quality and compliance.
