What to expect
First point of contact for all national and international customer inquiries
Training and onboarding of private customers in the use of our products
Supporting customers in carrying out battery tests
Working with the AVILOO testing platform
Actively contributing to the design and optimization of efficient customer support processes
Customer support and collaboration on international projects
Contributing ideas and playing a key role in the company’s success
